HELP! Communication - CENAs

We have been brainstorming inside the company of late trying to find out better ways to communicate with CENAs who work for us.  The problem is that we have shifts to fill on the weekends and we have trouble getting return calls from our CENAs.  Is there a better way to get the needs communicated?  Is texting better?  Facebook it?  Tweet it?  If you have ideas I would like to know, and would sincerely appreciate any input!  Please email me at
